Young Adult Ministry

Young Adult Ministry

/files/Young Adult/YA05-2.jpgThis dynamic ministry at Christian Life Center was established to provide an empowering and supportive forum for young adults between the ages of 18-30 years of age. During this time in lives of many young adults there can be a bumpy road of growth and transition as many strive to establish their new path of independence and Christian Adulthood. The Young Adult Ministry at Christian Life Center provides young adults with the support, instruction, and activities to successfully grow into strong and successful Christian Adults and leaders.

The two primary components of the program consist of an interactive Bible-based study and discussion group held weekly on Thursday evenings. The professionally facilitated discussion group consists of contemporary Bible-based topics such as: personal relationships and dating, exploring national and global current events, financial stewardship, understanding leadership and group dynamics, and managing the challenges of today’s complicated work place and job market. The second component of the program consists of “Care-Ministry” group activities including day trips, social fellowships, guest speakers, prayer meetings, and home bible studies. The trained Care Ministry team also provides all participants with individual support to discuss personal issues, answer questions regarding church programs and services, and to encourage young adult participation in various activities throughout the year.
